Yes. All 35 modules, unlimited members, unlimited donations and events, your public website, accounts and the compliance calendar are free with no time limit and no card required. We sustain the platform through Premium/Enterprise subscriptions and the one-time document service.
No — on any plan, including Free. We deliberately do not charge for size. A 2,000-member federation and a 20-member village club pay the same ₹0 unless they want a custom domain, AI or advanced analytics. The only Free limit is 100 MB of document storage.
No. Donations settle directly into your society's own bank/UPI account — SocietyConnect never holds, pools or routes funds, and takes no percentage. Payment-gateway charges (if any) are the gateway's standard rates.
Yes. Most societies do. Choose "Pay by NEFT / cheque / UPI" on the billing page, transfer against the invoice, and submit the UTR — we verify the credit and activate the plan, usually within one working day.
Your plan keeps working for a 7-day grace period, then quietly returns to Free. Nothing is deleted: every member, receipt, document and report stays exactly where it is. You simply lose the paid capabilities until you renew.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately; if you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. No lock-in, and downgrading never deletes your data.
